Requirements for Owner Operators

We’re looking for professional Class A CDL owner operators who take pride in their rig and their work. Whether you’re leased to a carrier or running under your own authority, CDLTeamDrivers is here to support your journey.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • Own or lease a well-maintained truck

  • Clean driving record (MVR)

  • Must be 21+

  • Pass DOT physical

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience as owner operator

  • Active MC/DOT number (if running under own authority)

  • Strong time management and communication skills
